We craft each handcrafted coastal piece with care. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please review our straightforward cancellation and refund guidelines below.

6-hour cancellation window

Because each decorated seashell, night light, is prepared promptly for shipping, orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase, before packaging begins. Please note that we do not offer customization, so all standard placed orders follow this exact time frame.

How to request a cancellation

To cancel your purchase within the 6-hour window, please send an email directly to coastal.treasures.questions@gmail.com. In your message, be sure to include your full name, complete shipping address, and your order details so we can process your request immediately.

Prompt refunds via PayPal

All payments are securely processed through PayPal. As soon as your cancellation request is received and verified, we will issue your refund right away. Please keep in mind that PayPal typically requires 3 to 5 business days to complete the transaction back to your account.
